Birthday Party Policies

OPEN: Thursday – Saturday:

10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Scheduling

  • Parties can be scheduled on Saturdays, from either 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. or 1:30-3:30 p.m.
  • Parties cost $75.00, which covers admission for up to 12 guests. Additional guests will receive discounted admission, for $5.00 each. We ask for children under 5, that a parent remain present for the duration of the party.
  • Please schedule your party at least 1 week in advance, to give us time in the event of needed rescheduling/to avoid double booking. The longer in advance you are able to book, the better.
  • Parties are 2 hours long, plus approximately 20 minutes on both ends for set up and clean up (please see our cleaning policy for more details)
  • Submitting a reservation request form does not finalize/secure your booking. Staff will reach out to you once the request form is received and confirm your booking, and collect a $25.00 nonrefundable deposit, following which your reservation will be considered finalized. If our staff is unable to reach you, and unable to collect the deposit, that is considered a forfeiture of your requested time/date, and the time/date will be given to the next group, as applicable.
  • When booking, please ensure that all fields are filled out, and all contact information is correct/up to date. If contact information is not available/incorrect, staff will be unable to reach you to confirm/finalize your booking.

Tours

A 30-minute guided tour can be added to your party for an additional $25.00. We can tailor the tour to a specific topic or do a general tour of the whole museum. Tours can also be adjusted for various age groups. Please keep in mind educator availability is not guaranteed at the time of booking, and staff will reach out via phone or email if our educator is not available for your planned day. If our educator is unavailable, you will not be charged for the tour.
