PRESCHOOL ACTIVITIES
November's theme for preschool activities is Natural Changes. Join us November 6th to study seeds! Preschoolers ages 2-5 are invited to participate in hands on activities making pumpkin seed art, examining different seeds, and making bird feeders. Drop in between 10:00am-12:00pm to participate.
On November 13th, preschoolers are invited to study hibernation. They will make fun bear art, experiment with blubber mits, and play a hibernation game. Drop in between 10:00am-12:00pm.
Event admission for preschool events: $5 for one child AND one accompanying adult
ASD INSERVICE DAY
On November 9th, bring your school age child to the museum to study electricity and magnetism. Children will experience static electricity by having aluminum can races and experimenting with balloon static. They will also test magnets, make magnetic art, and make aurora art. Drop in between 10am-12pm or between 1pm-4pm. (The aluminum can races will take place at 11:30 and 2:00.)
Admission for this event is $5 per child.
