Summer Camps for Kids

Activities will be held from 10 am to noon on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Each week will have a different theme. Children entering 1st grade through 6th grade are encouraged to sign up. Cost is $5 per day. Walk –in registration will be accepted if there is room in the class.

July 10 and 12 Alaskan Volcanoes: Will they blow their tops?
July 17 and 19 Wildflowers of Alaska: Learn about Alaska’s wildflowers while creating “wild” artwork
July 24 and 26 Summer Ice: Alaska’s Great Glaciers
July 31 and August 2 Ice Age Ecology: What was Alaska like during the last Ice Age?
August 7 and 9 How Warm Will Alaska Get? Global Warming in Alaska
August 14 and 16 Underwater Forests: Explore Life in the Kelp Forests of Alaska’s Coastal Waters
